What is Bilateral Stimulation?

Bilateral stimulation (BLS) involves an alternating sensory input to the left and right sides of the body. This can be achieved by following a moving object with the eyes or listening to auditory tones.

What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an approved therapy helping people process and heal from emotional distress. The therapy involves structured cognitive steps coupled with eye-movement exercises.

How do I use this tool?

For visual stimulus, follow the EMDR ball with your eyes, while keeping your head fixed. For auditory stimulus, listen to the alternating tones. Both can be combined together or used separately.
